Gene Cernan's personal Apollo 1 Crew Portrait

Apollo 1 crew-signed portraits are the rarest of all Apollo crew-signed portraits,
with fewer than 25 or so examples believed to exist between NASA lithographs and official NASA photographs.

This splendid example was presented by the Apollo 1 crew to none other than Gene Cernan,
the last man to walk on the moon during Apollo 17!

As mentioned above, the Apollo 1 crew signed their portrait in two different formats,
the first being official NASA lithographs and the second being official NASA photographs.

Of those two formats, Apollo 1 crew-signed official NASA photographs are the rarer of the two,
of which this incredible association copy is a fabulous example. It is hard to imagine a more
historic copy than that presented by the first Apollo crew to the last man who walked on the moon!

Unique and Irreplaceable!
